Cheat River Outfitters is a family-owned and operated business located in North Central West Virginia. We have been offering whitewater rafting trips on the Cheat River for 50 YEARS!  Running through Preston County, WV, the Cheat River is one of the largest undammed watersheds in the Eastern United States. We are proud to call the Cheat River home and love to guide our wonderful guests into an area that only a few are lucky enough to explore.  As this is our home base, our guides are the experts of the Cheat. Come out and experience one of the alluring and remote Cheat Canyon and the fun and lovable Cheat Narrows.
